You have a strict 2-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The delivery date is the date recorded by our shipping carrier. Any return requests made after this 2-day period will not be accepted.

  • Unused and in original condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • Original packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, bags, tags, and accessories.
  1. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team: Send an email to support@dealz9.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
  2. Provide details: In your email, include the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photos of the item if it is damaged or defective
  1. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within the 2-day window) at support@dealz9.com with the video of unpacking shipment  photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
